We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • The item must not be damaged or altered.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Undergarments or personal wear items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or defective)

3. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images as proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side

6. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size or product issues, subject to stock availability.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges

  • In case of damaged or incorrect items, Rehman Wardrobe will cover the shipping cost
